Bronson Arroyo used to change his arm slot, but he never went all the way down to submarine. This is wild.

Super cool. I love this. If he didn’t do the really prominent head dip on the sub-sidearm pitch, he would be egregiously deceptive with that. But even as it is, if you throw fastball, change, slider, curve from each angle…he technically throws 8 pitches and that’s nasty.
Edit: what would actually be insane is if he psyched people out and did the head dip but then went overhand throwing heat and that would absolutely ruin batters lol.
