Are you all playing dumb? The entire playing surface is different. I’m sure that doesn’t cost more than 40 million, but there are probably upgrades we can’t see in this one photo.

A beautiful park in that 60’s/70’s « we really don’t want to have a concrete donut like Busch/Veterans/Fulton/Riverfront but we still want to have an outdoors stadium. » Kinda like Dodger Stadium.
