D’après ce que j’ai lu en ligne en espagnol, il semble que le Venezuela pourrait ajouter une étoile sur son maillot pour représenter sa victoire WBC à l’avenir. Dans le football, les victoires de la Coupe du monde sont toujours représentées par des étoiles au-dessus du blason, et en Amérique du Sud, ces symboles ont un réel poids culturel, même en dehors du sport.
Ce qui est intéressant, c’est que le Venezuela a toujours été taquiné par le reste du continent, même si le baseball est leur véritable sport national. Ils n’ont jamais vraiment eu ce titre mondial à citer. Maintenant, c’est le cas, et tout le récit s’inverse. Et s’ils ajoutent réellement une étoile, il s’agit essentiellement d’une tradition de football qui se transforme en baseball, ce qui est plutôt cool.
Pourriez-vous voir le reste du baseball adopter quelque chose comme ça ? Il faudrait que le Japon ajoute trois étoiles, et que les États-Unis + la République Dominicaine en ajoutent une pour que la tradition décolle réellement.

I do love this tradition but if it was implemented I personally wouldn’t like it on the cap, just the jersey. I like clean simple cap designs, team emblem on front maybe important milestone patch on the side.

I think they should put them on the back of the cap as opposed to above the logo. But yeah, stars would be cool. In the very long enough, I think a better look would be like the NBA does it… An image of the trophy with the number of trophies next to it. But for now, since none of the teams have like 10 championships, stars are fine.

yes, this would be sick. It also adds to the meaning of each WBC win and gives a sense of continued history. The only problem I have is that you skipped over showing Germany’s and Italy’s badges with 4 stars on it, but included a weird Uruguayan one that has 4 (despite them only winning 2 WC’s) and Argentina’s 2 star crest.
