I know you don’t need brains to play baseball, but you probably need some if you’re going to cover it on TV. He should sit this one out.

Every broadcast in June will start with Bible study and a sermon

I don’t know why people are complaining, he’s pretty chill and at the very least knows a lot about pitching, he’ll just be supplemental as a player perspective to a normal broadcaster

Yay. More Dodgers bias on National broadcasts. /s

Gotta block out his June availability though.

This would be perfect for him. He’d make a great color guy but that’s too much travel, so a weekly show is awesome.

I’d rather have him on the desk for pre and post games than giggily-ass Ortiz and A-roid

I’ve never really heard him commentate so I’m interested. I like Pedro in the studio though. He’s a riot.

Drive into deep left field by Castellanos incoming

Ah yes, more Dodgers/Yankees media bias.

This hasn’t been a problem for how the game is covered and promoted at all over the last 20 years.

I am one of the biggest Kershaw fans. He graciously did many dugout interviews on his off days throughout the years. Even with his devote Christianity, he always spoke with a little edge and fire.

With that said, I need to see him in a studio with a suit that actually fits properly before I pass judgement.
