    Seems like a decent sized contract to only be pitching half the year….

    So, the Dodgers looked kinda perfect last year, except for their relief pitching (and starting pitching health). They’ve now beefed up their relief pitching quite a bit – and, if their starters are healthy, they can probably convert one or two starters into damn good 2 inning relief pitchers.

    I just finished listening to a podcast about how good Team USA’s roster is for the WBC, now that they have added some of the top pitchers available. So…which team is better at this point? Assuming both teams are healthy, who has the better roster? If they played a 7 game series (cloning players as needed), who would be the favorite? My guess is Team USA, but I’m not sure – it feels like the Dodgers have been vacuuming all the best talent in the league for quite some time now.
