I genuinely don’t think this is the crazy upset people think it is. Yes, it’s obviously unexpected. But it’s baseball. Losing by 2 runs to an « Italian » team, which is effectively a USA B-list team, is not that wild.
The Brewers lost 0-8 to the White Sox this year. The Dodgers lost to the Rockies. Shit happens.
