    Abreu robbed. Genuinely very confused, came out of nowhere – he was like 7th in odds, 3rd on Venezuela alone and then didn’t really contribute to this game outside of the sac fly.

    Great tournament but very confused it didn’t go to Abreu, E-Rod, or Geno who actually made a difference in this game

    Looks like they upgraded everything this WBC, from the opening ceremony to the trophy stage and also the MVP trophy itself. They stopped giving out crappy wooden plates and made an actual trophy for MVP.

    Sad to see the U.S. lose the way they did, but props to Venezuela. Beat some great teams and they truly wanted it the most
