I was working for the Mariners when Diaz was playing for them and closing games. Easily the most fun parts of the 2017 and 18 season . I worked the pitching staff. I got to hang out in the bullpen a lot and he was hilarious.

I really hope they do something different than Timmy Trumpet for the season. I have been saying they should do a mariachi band and one up the Mets, not replicate what they did. Mets did this man justice and we can’t just copy it. Feels fake.
