I’d like to shake the hand of whomever voted for Cade Horton, NL CYA.

I see Whitt as being the only credible threat to sabotage the ‘Judge’s chambers’

..but that would be because he is very good in all facets of the game– including the batting title, which I do have him as winning, to go with a 30-30 season as well

If he puts up such a season, AND, if the Royals make the playoffs as well, then BW would become a serious candidate for MVP imo

Can’t even give Jose Ramirez the preseason hot take article MVP award? Smh

I mean, nothing here is that crazy. If Judge falls off, then Witt could win. It’s possible. Ohtani is probably going to sleepwalk to another award at this point. The craziest vote here is that at least one person picked Schwarber which would literally require Ohtani to miss like half the season probably lol [and no else in the NL being amazing]

This is certainly possible. Witt would have to have a monster year and possibly lead KC to the postseason. That would certainly give Witt an edge.

Judge looks like he will continue putting up monster numbers barring injury.

I can only be so hard. It’s 10am take it easy!

I could see this. A monster SS on defense with a powerful bat. The WBC made me like him EVEN more.

The guy is a hell of a player and I will be watching some Royals games just because of him.

I want to see Roman Anthony in the MVP race. Close MVP races always make things toxic (Raleigh vs. Judge, Josh Allen vs. Lamar).

Lets make it Red Sox fans vs. Yankees fans.

Haven’t seen anybody really talk about it but Judge getting another MVP would put him at 4. Only Ohtani and Bonds are in that club. If he stops here he will be tied at 3 with about a dozen other players. An interesting narrative imo.
