This is why I never understood the people who oppose ABS on the grounds that it somehow deflates the art of framing pitches

As a former catcher the late flash and wrist strength is the most impressive part. He gives full vision to the ump then holds ground/slightly moving his wrist/glove into the zone on majority of them. Fluidity in catcher movements steal more strikes than actual dotted pitches do.

Everyone too scared to use the ABS. What’s the point of having it if no one uses it till the 9th inning. So boring .
