I wouldn’t except anything less from the first ever MLB player to challenge a call
Cabby they could never make me hate you
I’m fascinated by how quickly batters are reacting. It’s damn near instantaneous
It’s going to be a sad day in NY when Volpe finds himself back in the lineup
I respect the shit out of that man, but damn do I hate that he’s not on my team.
Caballero is gonna find a way to use the system to piss off opposing teams and I cannot wait to see the shenanigans he gets up to.
Of course Caballero would do it. Of course
This is getting embarrassing for the umpires. I know they have a tough job, but at some point they should feel bad about themselves
You should get two bases for that.
As he takes off the shin guard preparing to jog to first.
Caballero going to ABS himself to a 450 on base percentage.
I used to think hitting a homerun would be the most satisfying thing in sports. But now I think it would be this.
What I’ve noticed is that the on-screen strike zones have been pretty accurate when you cross reference the result of the challenges, after years of hearing “the tv box is an estimate”
I’m so sold on ABS. It seems insane to me that literally a year ago we would just watch guys get fucked over by umpires multiple times per game and go « damn that sucks ». No more watching players and managers get tossed, just tap tap, problem solved.
Why are they half assing it. Just let the ABS call balls and strikes. The umps can do everything else.
The umpire must have had his zone set to 22% of the batters body instead of 24%.
Still mad we traded him for Luke Raley. I just love how he plays and his attitude.
Love ABS but man I wish it wasn’t sponsored, starting to hate T-Mobile.
Baller
I love the ABS era
