Realistically is the system accurate down to less than one tenth of an inch?
When cricket does LBW reviews (a tricky line call they need Hawk-Eye for), there’s a margin where it just goes back to umpire’s call if it’s too close. Maybe that’s changed since, I haven’t watched in ages.
Is there not a “too close to call” buffer where the technology just says “call stands”?
It’s bullshit within margin of error and they’re overturning calls on this, it’s a joke
