Legitimately could never have expected this to be their start to the season.

I’m actually in strong opposition against this, I think the front office of the Red Sox is doing a fantastic job

  3. As I said in the Red Sox sub, these people are chumps. All the ownership wants is your money, and if you are there chanting, he already has it. And you know you will be back for more, and so do they.

If you really want the team sold, stop giving it money.

Never seen a front office receive so swift a comeuppance for cheapness

Only three teams have ever made the playoffs after starting 2-8.

John Henry in his suite looking down:

Sure glad someone else is panicking harder than we are

I don’t know why everyone’s surprised by this. The Sox were expected to be one of the worst teams this year…

Wait, wait, *which* Sox are 2-8???

We need that at Angel Stadium

It’s surreal to see this and it NOT be about John Fisher or Bob Nutting.

Just to reiterate, sell the fuckin’ team.

John Henry hasn’t made a media appearance since the Mookie Betts trade.

Back in 2011, he showed up to the 98.5 station because he got so angry at Felger and Mazz for absolutely ripping him apart after the September collapse.

maybe chaim bloom wasn’t so bad after all

I still can’t believe they didn’t pay Bregman after how good he looked at Fenway

This is so comically performative like its been less than a decade since their last WS win.

Holy crap, someone started off worse than the Jays?

  17. ChampionNo9703

Would be nice if fans also chanted this in San Francisco

New York football fans 🤝 Boston baseball fans

Almost like that “why can’t we be friends” commercial from like a decade ago lol

  19. It’s a cool spring night outside, I really needed this to warm my heart up

Why has everyone gotten so lazy. Those subtitles had to be done by A.i.

The Curse of Mookie Betts: 2018 to 2104?

People are saying “Fire Breslow”, which is fine, but remember, after they fired Bloom, *literally no one* wanted the job. Breslow was like their 12th choice after everyone turned down the job. So sure, fire Breslow, but don’t expect the next chump to be good either.

They’re the Portfolio Red Sox. They care more about earning than winning.

It blows my mind that the ownership traded Devers to play Bregman at 3rd, then didn’t resign Bregman and ended with neither.
