While Kay is technically right that Jazz isn’t doing anything illegal or wrong, it’s disingenuous to pretend not to understand why it would annoy the pitcher, and to pretend not to understand why the pitcher might act on that frustration, at least in the moment.

Not sure I’d trust Jazz to relay the correct information anyway. He probably helped Rasmussen.
Its not illegal, pitchers are just bitchy about every little thing but won’t hesitate to scream and flex when they K someone.
