Also if you would’ve told me the Cubs would go 12-4 in these 16 games against the Mets, Phillies, Dodgers, and Padres, I wouldn’t believe you. To get through that stretch after starting the season the way they did, is really impressive.

A year ago today the abysmal Rockies were 15.5 GB of the Dodgers. The Mets even sniffing that number is stunning.

This is definitely going to be an interesting season.
Braves are way out in front but the rest of their division is struggling so will things turn around?
Cubs hitting stats are really good but they can’t shake the Reds for the moment. I can see them pulling away later in the season but that division is definitely keeping things exciting.
AL Central feels a little sad.
Rays seem legit but the Yankees are a powerhouse right now.
Feels like other than a couple teams, there aren’t so many teams that are clear division favorites right now.
