  1. I’ve been waiting for this to be posted thank you!

  2. No_Insect_8378

Alright well he’s kinda lost the benefit of the doubt going off prior behavior.

  3. pilotharrison

Yeah the closeup shots of Framber… that’s the face of a psycho

  4. NippleNugget

    >why don’t we just complain about everything?!

    You are bub

  5. Routine_Ad_9794

Homerism aside their commentary doesn’t even make sense. Framber getting ejected is putting the Tigers bullpen in a tough situation? He gave up 10 runs in 3 innings, they probably should have gone to the bullpen even sooner.

  6. mysterysackerfice

Tigers booth..wtf are you thinking?? 🤦

  7. Jonjon428

Bennetti is kinda just quiet the entire second half of this clip lmao

  8. Dinobot2_

Lol so as long as you don’t visibly and obviously show that you want to get into a fist fight you shouldn’t ever be ejected. Got it, great precedent to set. Dipshits.

  9. ColonelSanders15

Agreed. Framber is like Mother Theresa but even nicer

  10. Disused_Yeti

    who is this putz?

at least benetti was just staying out of it to give him enough rope

Let them see what kind of a person I am. I’m not even gonna swat that fly. I hope they are watching. They’ll see. They’ll see and they’ll know…and they’ll say, « Why, she wouldn’t even harm a fly. »

  12. Educational_Tip_6426

We haven’t been hitting anything all year and when we finally do and Story gets pinged. Just going to make the Sox closer

  13. Ah, I was hoping you’d have captured the part where they said he shouldn’t have been tossed because he wouldn’t do it again lol.

They kept bitching through this entire half inning and the NEXT half inning with Bello pitching too.

As someone pointed out in the other thread, the HP umpire *immediately* waved the other umps in with the intention of tossing him.

  14. DonnieRoss

I’d venture a guess that most pitchers who plunk dudes intentionally don’t take up some sort of aggressive posture after doing so. What a weird hill to die on.

  15. Fresh_Ostrich4034

its 10-2. Ump doing a better job than the manager getting the pitcher outta there

  16. Disused_Yeti

    * »is there anything about that would suggest that he’s out of control, he’s trying to hit story »*

it was obvious he was trying to hit story, and the fact that he was not out of control but very calm makes it even worse

  17. mahrinazz

Framber has done this so many times, how do they not know this?

  18. Ok-Freedom-7432

There’s a good reason they allow umps to toss guys without a warning. If they had to issue a warning first, one pitcher would get a free shot at the opposing team.

  19. roamingroad174

Wait, is this the same Valdez in Houston that threw a heater at the catcher because the catcher waved him off? If it is, then fuck that valdez

  20. BuyerAlive5271

Classic Framber here. Astro fans have seen this EXACT behavior plenty of times. He’s a sociopath.

  21. Jagsfootball51

this thread sure has a lot of people not familiar with how good of a commentator Jason Benetti is

  22. SleepLessTeacher

Benetti about to ask for a new booth mate. Dude was quiet as hell the whole time lol

  23. DominicB547

its 2 extar inninga and besides the piytcher himself had already given up 10 runs and the offense has not done much so this is bottom of the barel pitchers and even position players…the bullpen will be fine. get perspective.

I think this is just Skubal possible season on the edge venting.

  24. BackgroundAccident

I didn’t hear Benetti ever agree with him but Dirks sounds like an asshole

  25. good thing I have the pistons to distract me from this

  26. Anglico2727

As a Sox fan I was hoping he would stay in. These announcers are embarrassing themselves 🤣

  27. This reaction is the inevitable result of everyone in Detroit convincing themselves that Framber isn’t the guy who threw at his own catcher and facing the reality that the haters were right

  28. Dirks is the biggest homer, it was an obvious intentional hit by pitch lol

  29. I mean, I would have been fine with him staying in. That seems like a better punishment to him

  30. Did they warn at the start of the game maybe? It does seem weird to just get an ump to eject someone.
I mean, I’m ok with the ejection. Throwing up and in after back to back home runs is petty, but if the ump hadn’t already decided to do it, why let a player/coach away you?

  31. Falling4Strangers

Years of gentrification has turned Detroiters soft.

  32. bobcollum

He didn’t have an aggressive posture when he nailed his catcher last year either, he’s just really passive aggressive.

  33. Of course he wasn’t mad at Story, he wanted out of the game. He knew he didn’t have to charge at the guy since he has such an awful reputation so he didn’t. Doesn’t take a genius

  34. heylanders-niceass11

Framber is a fucking loser who crossed up his own catcher, glad he got shelled and then tossed

  35. SedativeComet

    >> *”Is there anything that would suggest he’s out of control, he’s trying to hit somebody?”*

Yea dude he just threw 94 between the letters after serving up back to back meatballs. He hadn’t missed the zone that badly all night and then intentionally drilled the Sox worst player.

What braindead commentating. Shame on them.
