After being shut out (and blown out game 2) in the first two games they rebounded with a 6-0 lead now.
Unlike his long foul ball against Australia, this one is Fair, child.

I am glad Taipei is finally having a good game. So many fans traveled there to see their team. They deserve one good game.
Taiwan had some bad luck. On paper, going into the 2026 WBC, they had arguably their best roster of any WBC they’ve played in. But they lost CH Chen during the first game, Lee Hao Yu was pulled even though he was cleared by trainers from Taiwan and WBC. The Tigers penciled him into spring training games. ( weak sauce Detroit). And Johnathan Long sprained his elbow in spring training. So they were snakebitten by injuries.
IDK why, but hearing the song, « Walking on Sunshine, » in the Tokyo Dome feels bizarre to me. lol
Watching us steamroll the Czechs just makes me double-pissed about getting skunked by the Aussies.
