Dudes just so much fun to watch. Makes me almost hate the Yankees less.
Thank God Judge is a boring/uncontroversial personality and hasn’t caused any issues with teammates during this WBC.
Judge is entering his age 34 season and currently sits at 368 Home Runs 62.8 bWAR. His last 3 full healthy seasons he’s averaged over 10 bWAR and about 58 Home Runs. Do we think he has a shot at getting to 100 bWAR and 600 Homers? That would certainly put him as an inner-circle Hall of Famer, he’s already got an all-time peak.
Haha unbelievable, wonder how much it will be worth when the card fad wears off this time
It is weird to me that someone would pay $5.1 million for a card that was made recently, when you could buy a dozen cards that are a century old and nearly as rare.
Like…maybe it will hold its value despite the current glut of many ‘rare’ cards being produced, but no one is going back in time and finding more tobacco cards.
There are a lot of Aaron Judge cards, and very few cards of, say, Eddie Collins. I dunno…I’d have more faith in the rare oldies holding their value.
Is this just a tangible nft?
Im surprised an Ohtani card hasnt set the record
