    As a lot of people learned yesterday….this team has a lot of good relievers. It’s literally an all-star caliber bullpen. Tyler Rogers threw 2 pitches yesterday and Will Vest didn’t pitch at all. Griffin Jax threw like 7? Bednar and Whitlock are probably both available? Speier is jesus vs. lefties and solid vs. righties. Venezuela’s lineup is good, but not DR level. Italy’s lineup is not that good. I’m not that concerned.

    Figure that, an elite, hard throwing closer who’s had a starter’s workload in these past few games might not want to jeopardize things by going out again tomorrow. Who could’ve seen this coming?

    After reading the article it just says it depends how Miller feels Tuesday. I would be highly surprised if he said he wasn’t good to go lol.

    He threw like 5 or 7 pitches at 100mph this early in the spring. Yeah, he should not pitch on on day’s rest. Thank you for your service, Mason 🫡

    That’s fine just put Whitlock in the closer spot and everybody moves up one inning

    I for one believe he should man up and pitch all 9 innings in the final.

    He shouldn’t be expected to this early in the season. The US if they would play up to their potential shouldn’t have to rely on him anyways.

    I hope he throws two perfect innings to close it, throwing 12 pitches at 100 mph and remains perfectly healthy, but still gassed by august
