   I’m still a little surprised he got insured to play in the WBC. I wonder if it’s because his major injuries happened more than a year ago, or because his contract is much lower than other superstar contracts.

   Braves aren’t my team but Acuña has always been someone easy to root for. His injury during the Braves world series run reminded me so much of Jr in 95 but the Braves got it done. It was bittersweet for Acuña who didn’t get to play with his team. They haven’t been back since and I know he’s hungry. Glad to see he gets his chance to win a WBC which to him and many others is just as big of a deal as the WS. He’s about to ball out tonight
