This whole story is just brutally sad, I feel awful for Gardy and his family
Sounds like the Costa Rican government is doing its job seeing this through and doing what’s necessary. Tourism is a huge % of their economy. When something like this happens to a wealthy client, you need to fix it as publicly as you can.
The title had me thinking Brett Gardner died and I thought I’d missed some huge news. But reading the article has set me straight and I’m so sad for that family. I can’t imagine going on a relaxing family vacation and having to bring your son’s body home because of resort negligence.
