   Are we going to start to see a subset of starters called ‘openers’ lol. Just like a closer but in reverse.

   Maybe its a misperception. But last season it appeared to me that starters were going longer than immediate previous seasons and that the « opener » idea was less seen.

   Shorten the regular season by a couple weeks and expand the # of games in each playoff series. Bring back the 9 game World Series you cowards.

   Mandatory knuckleballer on every staff. One lefty knuckleballer counts as two knucklers, you can trade the remaining half to a team that can’t field a competent knuckleball pitcher.
