Gonna be really interesting to see how far we let Sasaki go before we inevitably demote him to the bullpen again.

Point proven. He’s a late-inning weapon, not a starter.

This isn’t a pile on Sasaki post, but the same pitcher/batter combo leading off two innings in a row with a HBP is just hilarious

2.0 IP, 0 H, 5 BB, 2 K, 4 R. I know it’s the dodgers and they have injured guys but, uh, you sure you want to give this guy a rotation spot?

Oh Roki Roki Roki why don’t you listen to the coaches
Crazy_Baseball3864
Neto has finished around the top 10 in HBP the MLB each season he’s played in, so it’s a good combination of Roki not having strong control and Neto being a HBP magnet
Thaddeus0607
He really was bailed out so hard by the Jays baserunning

Roki has all the talent and none of the command. Hate to see it

I’m cheering for the 3 HBP tbh (hopefully not a painful hbp tho)

I know it pales in comparison to the successes the Dodgers have had in the last decade, but it’s nice to see them strike out on a guy once in a while

It’s crazy to think of how much of a bust he could’ve been if he waited and got $300 million+.

Neto seems to get hit a weirdly high percentage of the time.

Welp, have fun in OKC in the summer, Roki. We’ll see you back in September when you’ll be our closer again.
