This is why I support pitchers having to bat

  2. El_Capitano_MC

Do that later in the season and we could have a good ole fashioned bench clearer

This was so weird. I don’t think he actually touched his glove on Peters either

Albert Belle is smiling somewhere right now

  5. Disused_Yeti

at least it wasn’t as bad as the blast the college guy did the other day

2 minutes in the box for unnecessary roughing. Marlins must play with 8 on the field.

Just tag him, so pathetic when pitchers do this

  8. Allisnotwellin

Definitely should pull a Marte there and just give him a big old hug

  9. Pick6XPA

Not even trying to hide it either. The quick glance before making another step into the running lane.

Did he ever even try to tag him? Is he trying to push him out of the baseline?

They didnt show a replay of his glove but I think he didn’t have control of the ball in his glove so he improvised lol.

With that last name can you blame him for being angry?

not sure initiating contact with your pitching shoulder is a smart move.

  15. Loo-Hoo-Zuh-Er

I think there needs to be consent for Junk to be touching you so aggressively.

  16. wryaant

Totally unnecessary. One of these days a pitcher is going to do that to the wrong person; someone who’s anticipating contact and lays the guy out. Gonna Lenny Randal his ass.

I’m bunting again the next time up

he put his shoulder down, aimed for the body, avoided the head. classic clean hockey hit
