Yeah Chapman has made a couple of bad errors so far this season, but it feels like most of his « errors » come from him making a good play but 1B not being able to catch a ball.

1B Is the only position where I think WAR does a terrible job of measuring defensively because for some reason the ones who know how to pick it especially tough/bad throws get absolutely zero credit.

That’s a great snag, and an incredible throw. I have no idea how he got so much velo on that from that position
