(Point culminant) Alex Vesia lance une 9e manche parfaite, retirant sur des prises, pour fermer la porte aux Mets lors d’une soirée où toutes les infirmières de l’hôpital l’automne dernier étaient là pour regarder

  1. He really saw Alvarez swing out of his shoes on the first pitch and then experimented how low each subsequent pitch could get.

    Masterclass

The worst part about this series is that, despite how excellent they’ve been so far this year, the Dodgers surprisingly aren’t scoring a ton of runs in this series. If our offense was just slightly competent, they would maybe able to win these games. But these guys (outside of a one-off shot from Lindor) are atrocious.

I would run through a brick wall for this man

His stuff looked FILTHY tonight. 3 Ks on 10 pitches, including SEVEN swings and misses (ignore the uncalled likely foul tip). Mets stood zero chance

Mods, I’ve already deleted my earlier post since the the title is way better on this one, DO NOT DELETE.

  5. That was the worst sequence of at bats I’ve ever seen at any level

Our offense would get dominated by a Rookie Ball pitching staff.

Those AB’s by the Mets were King Of JUCO level hacking up there in the 9th

  8. Please God, let an eternal lockout save me from watching another baseball game in my life.

  9. Vesia getting hype after every strikeout is so much fun to watch

Polanco, Bichette, and Alvarez saw the ball do this and still swung.

The first thing the first non Mclean pitcher did was walk Miguel Rojas and he was the game winner, tough loss for the Mets and gritty win by the boys in blue.

I’m sitting here crying. What a beautiful gesture for the Vesias and the Dodgers. And yeah our cocaine bear was on fire tonight.

  13. Such an emotional moment, striking out the side in front of the nurses who took cared of his family last year

Can the Dodgers lose a game so we can make up ground lmao we’ve gone 9-1 in our last 10 and still are trailing 🫠

This what happens when your team hires Boone Jr. as their manager

Hitting coach Troy Snitker has to be sweating in his boots. Might set a record for fastest firing of a hitting coach.

  17. ProcessTruster

Mets batters were seeing ghosts and swatting at everything

The mets need to be demoted to an entirely different league – premiere league style
