Summary: some little twerp that had just stolen from a 7-11 and assaulted an employee also snatched Ballou’s phone and ran off with it. Ballou ran after and got into an altercation where he was driven to the ground and punched repeatedly. Asshole ran away like a coward *without the phone*, and Ballou was umping the series the next day.
