I have been loving ABS so far, but I will say one slight change I would like to see is that overturns can only happen for pitches in/out the zone by a certain distance (1 inch for example). But maybe that won’t be as pleasing or transparent to fans/viewers

Working as intended 👍🏼
Every ABS graphic shows the seams of the ball in the same position. I wonder if ABS ball tracking accuracy will get to where the seam of a ball could affect calls.
I’d be ok if the <0.1″ calls didn’t cost you a challenge. Call on the field should stand but maybe you don’t have to lose a challenge if it’s that close.
I feel like you should be able to keep your challenge if it’s this close
Not much you can do about that
I’ve always wondered how MLB handles the margin of error on ABS. Was this ball less than 0.1” outside the MoE or was it solidly within the 0.6”MoE
This is an instance where the pitch was definitely in the strikezone at the front of the plate but because ABS only counts the middle its called a ball, sucks for the pitcher
