(LASR) Comment trouvez-vous vos rookies jusqu’à présent ?

Remarque : je n’ai pas inclus Murakami car il était dans l’article de la semaine dernière sur les acquisitions de gros frappeurs

I don’t really care what the stats say, Early’s been great this season and i’m super happy with how he’s been pitching. Hands down our most consistant starter (besides Bello, but he’s been consistantly bad)

The McGonigle defensive metrics makes no sense to me. He has been a comfortably average defender at both SS and 3B. Definitely not negative

Chase DeLauter just won back to back MVPs in my OOTP save, so I fully expect him to achieve that in real life soon

Munetaka’s is blood red for those who were wondering (except for xBA, K’s, and Whiffs of course LOL. But also strangely his Launch Angle too…)

Kevin just keeps hitting and has made some great defensive plays too. His 13 game hit streak ended yesterday, but it was because he got walked THREE times. Build the statue.

..as early as it is, McaGonigle looks like he’s going to be rotten at the top of the Tigers order–

as it is, he’s already hitting as if his being an AL batting title contender is a given

Nolan McLean is the best pitcher in the world until he gets gassed in the 6th inning.

Carson Benge is ass and needs another half year or year in AAA, but I could see him being pretty good one day.

Painter is slightly undercooked, but I think pitching through it in the bigs this year will pay dividends in the long run.

Justin Crawford (not included) is also a little undercooked but has been a certified dawg so far. I think he’s got a lot of untapped potential and I am really liking his pesky gameplay at the moment.

Despite his stats, I’m still pretty high on Painter. He really puts in the work and I’m confident he’ll figure it out and if nothing else, be a really solid pitcher for us.

  10. Carlos Cortes didn’t play enough in ’25 to use up his rookie status (94 AB) but he did spend too many days on the active roster.

So he’s not technically a rookie any longer, but he essentially is as far as experience goes, and he’s been one of the best hitters in baseball so far.
