John Sterling in the afterlife:

– God: « I’m told that your chances to get into Heaven, by all accounts, were very high, very far, and very much gone into the stratosphere. Welcome to paradise. »
Upset they didn’t go with « he is high, he is far, he is….gone! »
RIP, from a Red Sox fan. His voice was very much a part of the rivalry we know and love.
As a big Stanton fan, his « Non si puo stoparlo » call has always been one of my favorites. RIP to an absolute legend.
We need a patch on the uniforms for John, right away.
