What a wonderful tribute across all of baseball today. Sterling was dearly respected and loved. Makes my heart warm
The Reds broadcast called JJ Bleday’s HR a la John Sterling today, too. Man was a legend in the booth.
Both him and Dave Sims wore suits with pocket square handkerchiefs in memoriam for Sterling today.
They’re great people.
