Gerrit Cole never hit Devers (or Caballero when he annoyed him) despite him owning him more than his own parents do…he’s gonna hit some rando in the minors during a rehab start?
Edit: In his start against the Cyclones last week, a guy hit a double and a HR off him, Cole didn’t bean him. So why start now? In fact, he’s given up home runs in each of his rehab starts and hasn’t beaned any of those guys. Cole is whiny as shit, but he’s not a headhunter.
